We rent and lease all types of welding equipment including welding positioners and welding-related specialty equipment such as plasma cutters, smoke extractors, pipe cutting and beveling equipment, flux and electrode ovens, electric power-distribution panels and diesel-powered electric generators to name a few. 2. What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation vary from location to location depending on the needs of our customers. Some locations provide a 24-hour service hotline for service emergencies and quick equipment requests. Call 1-866-733-3273 toll-free to get the hours of operation for the Red-D-Arc location nearest you.
3. What's included in your welding equipment packages?
Just about everything you'll need including welding cable, gas hoses, MIG guns, TIG torches - whatever you need to get up and welding. About the only thing we don't provide are certain consumables like gases and welding electrodes but these are readily available through either a nearby Airgas store or your local welding distributor.
4. Can I pick up the equipment I need?
Absolutely. Once you've placed your rental order by phone and your account is set up, we can arrange to have your equipment ready for pick up from any of our more than 40 rental centers located throughout North America.
5. Can I get the equipment shipped to my jobsite or warehouse?
Yes. We can ship by common carrier or one of our delivery trucks either to your plant location or construction jobsite. Just give us a call and we'll make the arrangements.
6. How fast can I get the equipment?
As fast as you need. We can source from our fleet of over 40,000 units so we can usually provide whatever you need, in whatever quantities you require often on the day you order. However, the farther in advance you can advise us of your requirements; the better we'll be able to supply what you need.
7. Which welding applications and processes can you provide equipment for?
We handle a wide range of products for a wide range of applications. We have propane powered engine-driven welders for in-plant use; we have MIG welders for aluminum welding, we have automatic equipment for vertical-up and horizontal-welding - in short, a product range that will surprise you. When it comes to processes, we handle all welding and cutting processes including pulsed-MIG and pulsed-TIG, so we can take care of all your process applications as well.
8. Do you provide application and process selection advice?
Our sales and service technicians are factory trained on all our products and can provide both process and equipment selection recommendations for your job. We can also provide equipment set-up and operator training to help make your job go as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
